Solid burger. Nice service, nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately the visit was very disappointing. We waited an hour for the food, which is fine when it is full, but the burgers were lukewarm and the burger buns hard and dry. The service was unfortunately also very unmotivated, tables next to us were simply not cleared and were full for over an hour with the rest of the guests who had previously eaten there. The side dishes were good, but unfortunately the rest couldn't convince us at all.

Very disappointing visit as the quality of the burgers unfortunately did not meet the requirements. Burger buns were apparently microwaved and had become hard and dry as a result. The food was only there after 1h15m. The table next to us was empty during our entire stay but littered with the remains of the last guests, no one cleared the plates, let alone cleaned the table. The staff was incompetent. The Big Biek earned its 1 star thanks to the side dishes.

I was a guest at Big Biek with a few friends, it was our first visit and also our last. We were taken to the reserved table and our drinks were taken. The staff did not wear protective masks. After 1 1/4 hours we were served the food. During the waiting time no attention was paid to whether our glasses were still filled or whether the tables next to us were cleared until we left. The food was mediocre to poor - burger buns tasted like three day old bread, but the side dishes were delicious. There was a lack of attentive service staff, because eye contact was practically avoided, after half to fifteen minutes of waiting for contact with the staff, we were able to pay and left the restaurant. It's a shame, we had expected something different or better as the ambience was really nice.

Finally we managed to go out to eat again and we went to Big Biek in Oelde. The ampiente was appealing, everything happened in the beer garden. The burgers have to be said that they look good and fill you up, unfortunately for me personally there was far too much rocket on my 302 burger. The drinks soda and cocktails are stretched 50% with ice, which means that after a short time they only taste like water and are overpriced for me. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. And for a meal for around € 12 is okay too.

Super stylish loading - calm music invites you to linger. The burgers were top notch. Nice service, everything fit. We will be back.

Super delicious burger with fresh, high quality ingredients. Really tasty! Very attentive and nice service. Great ambience despite the tracks. The Big Biek justifies the prices all the time. It was my first visit there and definitely not my last.

Burger and steak restaurant with a nice big beer garden, unfortunately there is no draft beer, just from the bottle. The restaurant is also very small but great decorated and exudes a cozy atmosphere.

Super small fine Burgerlokal. Without reservation, everything was made possible to set us a table. Also special requests with the order were considered. So it was also possible to order a burger with 2 Pattis. Everything was ok. We'll be back for sure.

Good burgers for a fair price and a nice beer garden. Service also tried hard.

Food was there quickly, the surroundings were very nice and quite quiet for the fact that it was right on the tracks. I would have liked to have had a little more choice and the wooden tables on the edge were slightly uncomfortable and splintered, but there are also reasonable tables and seats there. Otherwise nice and young staff with whom you can laugh.

Best burger in town.
